Studies, assessments and proposals for sustainable and inclusive sócio-economic development in Brazil
The project aims to develop analyses on environmental issues and energy transition, making these policies compatible with a more equitable distribution of income and the creation of quality jobs. It intends to organize roundtables with relevant stakeholders to discuss economic and climate development. CICEF seeks to establish itself as a national and international actor in the climate prosperity agenda by participating in global conferences. The initiative plans to strengthen institutional capabilities, including project management and communications. Activities include the formation of research groups, seminars, and knowledge dissemination. The approach focuses on three fronts: research, strategic events, and institutional development. The project is guided by the legacy of Celso Furtado, emphasizing a commitment to fair and sustainable development.
